Training in The Loft
For smaller groups (up to 8 people) we have excellent training facilities in The Loft @ Polymorph HQ in Worcester. These facilities are still brand-new and we will be publishing some photos of events being held there shortly. The training received here are very exclusive and very hands-on. Don’t come here if you just want to blend away into the background!
Training on The Farm
For bigger groups we go to Reeds Country Lodge, a great lodge near the Breede River, about 15 minutes drive out of Worcester. This lodge also offers excellent accommodation options, and we include accommodation options as part of the open course packages from time to time.
Some sight-seeing and networking...
We believe that people need to get away from their typical work environment to be able to enhance their experience of a course they go on. Not only does it prevent constant work interruptions, but it also allow them to relax more when they are not busy with sessions.Our course packages for Worcester include some sight-seeing and wine-tasting options, and allows for very important networking time.
Due to Worcester being 100km (against the flow of the peak traffic) away from Cape Town, we actually offer the courses held here at a cheaper price. Although, many people drive quicker (and more relaxed) to Worcester than they would into Cape Town.
